Is there a minimum contract period?
No, there is no minimum contract period and we offer one off cleaning services.
Is there a minimum number of hours cleaning time that must be booked?
For our one off services, you will need to book a minimum of three hours cleaning time. For regular, contracted services, minimum time can be negotiated depending on your needs.
Can I have the same regular cleaner?
We will endeavour to provide you with the same cleaner all the time. If your cleaner is away for any reason, we will contact you prior to their visit to arrange a replacement that is suitable for your needs.
For domestic cleaning services, is the cleaner able to come if I am not home?
Yes, the cleaner can come when you are at work or out. You can either leave a set of keys with your cleaner or place a key safe at your property for the cleaner to access keys.
Do I need to supply any equipment or cleaning products?
No, you don’t need to supply anything required for the cleaning. Our staff will bring everything necessary to carry out your cleaning to the highest possible standards.
If I move, can I keep the same cleaner at my new place/premises?
If you are remaining within the post codes we serve, we will endeavour to continue with the same cleaner from your previous property.
What do I need to do if I do not need a regular service to be carried out for whatever reason?
We request that you give us 48 hours’ notice should you not require our service on a particular week. If you don’t provide 48 hours’ notice, you will incur a charge of 50% of the usual cleaning costs.
Do you operate service on bank holidays?
Any services scheduled to occur on any holidays will be carried out as usual and will cost no extra.
What do I need to do if I wish to terminate a regular cleaning contract?
We require 4 calendar weeks’ notice for the termination of a regular cleaning contract.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept most methods of payment including cash, debit/credit card, cheque and bank payments, both direct debit and online transfers.
